What these pages are

Advertising pages that describe a service and link to it. You do not need an account to read them, nothing here charges you, and nothing you do on these pages creates a contract between us. The contract starts at sign-up, on the platform’s terms.

What the claims here mean

Prices, coverage and volumes on these pages describe the service as it is offered at the date on this document, and they change. Where a page names a ceiling, it is a ceiling and not a promise of the number. Results depend on your app, your category and your market, and nothing here promises a particular ranking, install volume or revenue.

If a page contradicts the platform’s own terms or its current prices, the platform wins. Tell us and we will fix the page.

What you may not do

Do not attack these pages or try to reach parts of them that are not published: scraping at a rate that degrades them, probing for vulnerabilities, bypassing technical limits, or impersonating us. Do not use anything here to break the law in your country or ours.

Our content

The text, layout, graphics and the Rankforge name on these pages belong to Mobile Services LLC or are used with permission. These terms give you no rights in any of it.

Availability

These pages are provided as they are. We may change them, move them or take them down at any time, including a page you were sent a link to, and a page for a service we no longer offer says so instead of quietly redirecting you. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or decisions you make on the basis of a page here. Nothing in this section limits rights you have as a consumer where those rights apply.

What is recorded when you open a page, and what your rights are, is in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Armenia. Write to us first: most things are settled by email, and we answer within ten working days. If that fails, the courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule of your own country gives you a different forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top, and it applies from the moment it is posted.
