Who we are

What we collect

These pages ask you for nothing. There is no form, no sign-up and no account here: the only action a page offers is a link out to the platform, and what happens after you follow it is governed by the platform’s own policy.

What is recorded is the technical data every web server records: IP address, browser type and version, the page you opened, the time of the request, the referring address and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. We cannot serve a page without it.

Why we use it

To serve the page, to keep it available and secure, to investigate errors and abuse, and to understand which campaigns bring people who find the page useful. That is our legitimate interest in running and measuring our own advertising.

Measurement and advertising tools

Pages here are reached through paid advertising, so analytics and advertising measurement runs on them from the moment the page opens. The Cookie Policy names each tool, what it stores and for how long, and has the switch that turns them off.

Turning measurement off leaves every page fully readable. Nothing here is gated behind it.

Who else sees it

Service providers. Our hosting provider, and the measurement providers named in the Cookie Policy, process data on our instructions.

Legal requests. We disclose data when a law, a court or a competent authority requires it, and when we need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

A change of ownership. If the business or part of it is sold, merged or reorganised, data may transfer with it.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Retention for measurement tools is set by each tool and stated in the Cookie Policy when the tool is enabled. Where a law requires a longer period, that period wins.

Where it goes

We are established in Armenia, which is outside the European Economic Area and has no European Commission adequacy decision. If you are in the EEA or the UK, your data reaches us under Standard Contractual Clauses, and our providers process it on the same basis.

Your rights

If the GDPR or a comparable law applies to you, you can ask us what data we hold about you and receive it, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, ask for it in a portable form, and object to any use we base on legitimate interest. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and that does not affect what happened before you withdrew it.

Write to support@rankforge.com and we answer within one month, at no charge. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the personal data protection authority in Armenia, and, if you are in the EEA or the UK, to the supervisory authority where you live.

Security

Traffic to these pages is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

These pages address businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. A tool that starts collecting something new is named here and in the Cookie Policy before it starts, not after.
